Location:
Leave: Scouts need to arrive by 5:30 on Friday . Scouts need to be in full uniform, (“Class A”) and eat supper before they arrive. (Yes, we will stop at Buckey’s on the way in).
Format:
Food: PATROL COOK…All food is to be provided by patrols. Each patrol is reminded to bring three (3) items for Troop Cracker-barrel Saturday night.
Fees: The cost is $_______, this includes camping and fees.
However, fees will be collected by patrols to cover their food expenses.
Equip:
- Scouts need to wear jeans and troop t-shirts (“Class B”) when on the tower. Shorts and nylon pants are not permitted due to binding in the rigging.
- Standard personal and patrol camping equipment is needed. Remember, it will still be cold at night.
- Heavy gloves and helmet will be provided, but you may bring your own Heavy gloves
Medical:
- Make sure your have a Class I & II Physical completed, signed, and on file with Mrs. Stancik before we leave.
- The Adult medical Officer Must have a completed medication form in order to administer medication to Scouts. Scouts are not allowed to self medicate.
Return: We should be leaving camp by noon Sunday and returning to the hut between 12:30 – 1:00. (Scouts will call 30 min. out from the Church using adult cell phones.)
