Hercon Instruments
These aluminum parts are built by Hercon's machine shop, welded here at American Heliarc and built for Haliburton.

This clamp is part of a sub sea project that detects vibrations in underwater pipelines.

This custom built aluminum housing is used at trade shows to demonstrate the on-site test services this company can provide its customers. The 3” powder coated aluminum frame holds each piece of polished diamond plate with custom hinges and flush mounted panel closures assembled here at American Heli-Arc.

Trade Show Stylin'
This project was designed by Dimensional Products & Services for a Trade Show Booth at the OTC Convention. They came to American Heli-Arc to take the design and create the structural framework for the facade - the outside ring was 18 feet in diameter.


The result was a knock out booth for FMC Technology.

Pistol Frame Precision

Custom Drag Racing Wheel
This custom wheel was designed by Jon Marchman, weld engineered by Tom Young and built by American Heli-Arc for RC Components for drag racing application only.

Fuel Cell for a Hot Rod
This is a specialty gas tank built for a Hot Rod project. This tank was carefully designed to accomodate the nozzles, filler neck, and fuel pump.
Custom gas tank brackets were also designed and built to fit this project's specific needs.

British Petroleum Project
A 48" Ball Valve out of the Alaskan Pipeline - we welded the worn areas and ground the face smooth to fit the customer's specs. One of our specialty welders, John is shown here laying in the nickel on the BP Ball Valve.
